PD 100 is suitable for the lamine parquet and pencil productions. PD 100 Splitting saw machine splits at the highest speed and layer sensitivity with its thin blade kerfs regarding to its 4 spindles with a complete hydro-grip connection.
First, two blades pre-splits the goods by 1,6 mm width and last two blades finish the job by 2 mm. widths. Saw blades can be settled by 2,3 or 4 spindle configurations. The automatic special saw blade-cooling system raises cutting sensitivity and saw blades’ sharpening life expands.
8 units of pneumatic presses and electronic speed adjusted wheels are placed at the entrance. There is automatic feeding unit at the entrance of the machine.
